In the role of Accounting Intern, you'll play a pivotal part on our Finance team.

The Accounting Intern would support and learn accounting functions in all areas at Northwest Aerospace Technologies Inc (NAT), with primary focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and base level general accounting. Additionally, this role would have the opportunity to assist in testing and documenting internal controls, to help with compliance and gain an understanding in financial operations within the Aerospace Industry.

In the role of Accounting Intern, you'll play a pivotal part on our Finance team.

• Process manufacturing and engineering invoices to send to customers
• Prepare invoice processing related to vendor payments
• Perform month end reconciliations to the general ledger and process related journal entries as is necessary.
• Aid in documenting and testing internal controls and accounting processes.
• Work closely with accounting professionals to understand the financial process of a manufacturing aerospace company.
• Assist where necessary, in preparing month end process.
