Job Description

Description We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Administrative Healthcare Coordinator to support our clinical and operational teams. This position is ideal for someone with a background in nursing or direct patient care who is looking to move into an administrative role while still making a difference in patient outcomes. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between clinical staff, patients, and external providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care. You will coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and referral processes, while maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. The position also involves supporting billing functions through insurance verification, authorization processing, and basic billing tasks. You'll assist in care planning through data entry and reporting, manage inventory and supply ordering, and play an active role in upholding HIPAA standards. Additionally, you will contribute to ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing patient flow and overall office efficiency.
