Vibes and Verbs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing advertising campaigns that align with our clients’ objectives. You will collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are compelling, effective, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop advertising strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences

• 
  Plan and manage advertising campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, outdoor, broadcast)

• 
  Coordinate with creative and media buying teams to ensure campaign execution

• 
  Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

• 
  Maintain client relationships and provide regular campaign updates

• 
  Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies

• 
  Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 
  2+ years of experience in advertising or media planning

• 
  Strong communication and negotiation skills

• 
  Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• 
  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data

  Proficiency in advertising and reporting tools
