Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Car Biller to join our administration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing vehicle sales transactions, ensuring that all billing and paperwork are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive sales processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Billing: Accurately process and bill sales for vehicles, ensuring that all pricing, taxes, fees, and any applicable rebates or incentives are correctly included.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, titles, and loan documents. Ensure that all documents are signed, completed, and filed appropriately.
• Data Entry: Enter accurate sales and finance data into the accounting and inventory management systems.
• Reconciliation: Review and verify vehicle transactions to ensure accuracy, including reconciling invoices with sales records and inventory.
• Compliance: Ensure that all vehicle sales comply with dealership policies, state and federal laws, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordination: Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies and provide necessary support for seamless billing operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update vehicle inventory records to reflect vehicle sales and deliveries.
• Miscellaneous: Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in automotive billing, accounting, or dealership finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and finance processes is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer and financial information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
