**Job Title: Deburr/Polisher** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Deburr/Polisher for a **day shift position (7am-3:30pm)** in a machine shop located in the Garden Grove/Santa Ana area. The role involves using various equipment and tools to deburr or polish precious metal and plastic parts. Overtime opportunities are available. Training will be provided, though experience with handheld tools such as power and air sanders is preferred. **Responsibilities** + Use different types of tools, such as buffers, grinders, sanders, tumblers, and/or handheld tools to remove rough edges and improve the surface finish of various metal and plastic parts. + Operate equipment in the deburr and cleaning/tumbler areas. + Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet specific cosmetic requirements. + Wash or clean parts as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general production, polishing, sanding, deburring, and grinding. + Proficiency in using tools such as orbital sanders, die grinders, counter sinks, grinders, sandpaper, and deburring knives. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in deburring and polishing is preferred. **Work Environment** The position is based in a very clean machine shop environment, providing a well-organized and tidy workspace. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for overtime, training, and skill development. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
