We're happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business. **What You'll Be Doing** **Job Summary:** Generally responsible for providing assistance to the Finance and Accounting Team including administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses. Work will be performed under general supervision. **Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Scanning and filing paper and electronic documents. + Data entry of budget information and other data processing as necessary. + Organizing Certificates of Insurance and contracts. + Scheduling meetings. + Assisting with special projects. + This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including paid time off, health insurance benefits, and matching retirement contributions. **Ideal Background** **Education:** Current enrollment in Bachelor or Master level coursework (Business, Accounting, Finance) from an accredited university is required. **GPA:** 2.47 required **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:** + Knowledge and application of company standards. + Knowledge of office administration procedures. + Extreme attention to detail. + Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and extreme multi-tasking. + Ability to analyze data, make judgments and develop reports. + Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors. + Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality in all areas. + Excellent organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of teammates. + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other software as needed. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time. \#LI-BS1 **Hargrove Culture** We work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a "team mentality" so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
