Hourly Rate: $16.70 per hour + $2.50 shift differential (for Saturday and Sunday)/ $250 Sign-on BONUS!

Eligibility for a $250 bonus program on a quarterly basis

About the Role:

As a team member of the Sanitation Team, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing tools, Lexan tubs, bus tubs and other items in the Dishwashing Room using a large commercial dishwashing machine and other methods.  Keeping our utensils clean is a crucial part of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).  

Responsibilities as a Dishwasher:

• Washing dishes and equipment in the Dishwashing Room to meet Farmer’s Fridge standards of cleanliness.
• Change the dishwasher water, detergent, and sanitizer to keep the machine running clean, and complete the Dishwasher Water Change Checklist in real-time.
• Clean the tool storage boxes, dish shelves, and stages (weekly) and keep the dish room tidy.
• Communicate with the QFS Team on equipment that must be swabbed to return to Production.
• Keep the floor and floor drains in the Production rooms and other rooms clean and free of debris 
• Dump trash and compost bins to ensure they remain useable for Production Take 

Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and in a hot environment.
• Must be able and willing to work in refrigerated coolers (~38⁰F)
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Preferred)
