Job Description

NOTE - The is position is working for a single unit restaurant in Palm Beach County, FL.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Food Truck operation focusing on growing sales, managing costs, and establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.

This role requires operational efficiency, attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, and above average planning and organizational skills. The purpose of this role is to lead the Food Truck Team in bringing the Chick-fil-A Brand out into our community to serve guests in a unique way.

Responsibilities :

• Working and executing all food truck events
• Communication with the host before, during, and after the event.
• Loading and unloading the truck (Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.).
• Driving the truck to and from events as needed.
• Leading the day-to-day operations during events.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the truck at all times.
• Ensuring food safety protocols are being followed constantly.
• Transferring sales from the SQUARE App to our in-store Point of Sales system after each event.
• Monitoring the equipment for any repair and maintenance needs and reporting to the Director right away.

Requirements :

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Manager Food Safety Certification.
• Must have completely open availability and flexibility in scheduling since many food truck events can be cancelled or added at the last moment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in restaurant management.
