Position Type:

• Full-time

Our Benefits Include:

• Full-time Hours: Up to 14hr shifts available 8am-10pm Monday thru Saturday during most of the year. Hours adjusted during the summer due to extreme heat.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your commitments, with Sundays off
• Free employee meal with each shift
• No experience necessary - we'll teach you everything you need to know
• Scholarship opportunities
• Competitive pay: $12-14 per hour starting

Outside Sales Team Responsibilities:

• Smile, make eye contact, and speak enthusiastically
• Create emotional connections with guests
• Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Resolve customer issues in a helpful and friendly manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Friendly, encouraging team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a working smartphone with GPS
• Must be able to pass DOT Physical
• Ability to lift 30-50 lb. consistently
• Detail-oriented with a passion for guest service
• Commitment to hard work, dependability, and representing the brand well
• Open Availability is preferred
