Role: Programmer / Analyst III

Primary Purpose
The Programmer/Analyst III will design and implement complex technical projects, develop realistic timelines, and work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep business knowledge, and the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple business areas while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME in two or more business/technical areas
Design, program, or configure highly complex technical solutions
Collaborate closely with business users and facilitate communication between technical and functional teams
Implement new systems and enhancements while business operations continue
Create and review functional and technical specifications and recommend alternative solutions
Protect company assets, including hardware and software
Mentor and support junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
5 8 years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst
Strong full life-cycle development experience
Solid database knowledge
Oracle Designer/Developer
SQL & PL/SQL
Project Management skills
Ability to work independently on complex projects
