Champion Customer Satisfaction: Lead customer quality initiatives, ensuring their expectations are exceeded in every interaction.
Elevate Supplier Performance: Drive continuous improvement across the supplier base through collaborative audits and evaluations.
Optimize Business Systems: Ensure systems and processes are streamlined, documented, and meet all industry standards.
Promote Proactive Quality: Implement cutting-edge quality tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Poka-Yoke to prevent defects.
Conduct Insightful Audits: Lead internal audits to verify systems and processes are effective and compliant.
Fuel Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices across all business functions.
Build Global Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships across diverse cultures.
Empower Global Teams: Provide guidance and leadership to global teams, including Field Service Engineers.

What We're Looking For:
Educational Foundation: Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Reliability Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Extensive Experience: 10+ years of industry experience in customer services, manufacturing, design, testing, and/or reliability.
Quality Leadership: Proven experience in commercial/industrial quality operations.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of mechanical systems, mechatronics manufacturing, controls, software, and electronics.
Leadership Prowess: Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategies for digital applications and customer experience enhancement.
Problem-Solving Mastery: Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated technical competence.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA, experience in the industrial compressor market (HVAC), Automotive (IATF16949), or Aerospace industry, and experience in a global company
