Position Summary:

We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.
Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our San Francisco based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. This opportunity can be on a hybrid schedule after an introductory training period.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in California. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group preparing NIV and IV applications.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.

Benefits:

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $210,000 and $230,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
