About The Role
The Information Technology Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing computer systems, networks, and security protocols to support business operations effectively. The specialist will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Minimum Qualifications
