Compensation Overview:

You will receive a monthly compensation of $3,000.00 , contingent upon meeting a minimum production requirement. And, yes, you can earn more

Product Focus: Mortgage Protection

The primary product you will be offering is Mortgage Protection Insurance , (Term or Guaranteed whole Life insurance) which provides financial protection in the event of death or critical illness.

• Replacement of 2 to 10 years of mortgage or lease payments , or
• Paying off the full balance of a mortgage (if desired) to protect the family home.

Our approach makes this a natural next step after binding a home insurance policy. Once the home is protected, offering mortgage protection to the ‘head of household’ becomes a meaningful and emotionally relevant solution—especially to safeguard a surviving spouse or dependents from the risk of a forced home sale.

A single mortgage protection policy with a $58.02 monthly premium (which will vary by client) fulfills your daily production requirement. By consistently helping families protect their homes and loved ones, you will earn your $3,000 monthly compensation while delivering real peace of mind to the members we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate needed coverages and offer optional payment methods.
• Establish collaborative relationships with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, member cold calling, and referrals.
• Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
• Complete administrative tasks related to your New Business activities.
• Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
• P/C license is desired, but not required.
• Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in insurance sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including vehicle, home, and Life business.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Insurance Policy Management System software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
