Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to construct precise molds.
• Fabricate molds from a variety of materials, including metal and plastic, using advanced machining tools.
• Maintain and repair existing molds to ensure consistency in production quality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design new mold prototypes and improvements.
• Conduct routine inspections of molds to detect and address wear, damage, or defects.
• Follow safety and quality standards to ensure the integrity of all products and processes.
• Keep detailed records of mold production, maintenance, and repairs for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mold Maker or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC machinery and CAD software for mold design.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
