Nursing Assistants Needed at Pleasant Grove Health and Rehabilitation

Location: Pleasant Grove, AL

Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to seniors? Pleasant Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
2. Monitor and record vital signs
3. Serve and collect meals, assist with feeding when necessary
4. Respond promptly to resident calls and requests
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
6. Communicate effectively with nurses and other staff members
7. Document resident care accurately and timely

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
5. Physical ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely
