Working in rotating shifts (13:00 - 22:00 and 15:00 - 24:00) alongside another Team Leader, you'll oversee the sorting process from 16:30 to 20:30, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. We're looking for a disciplined leader with strong organizational skills, logistics experience, and a winning mentality. **What You'll Do** You'll lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring efficient and accurate sorting while upholding safety standards. By evaluating performance, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth, you'll help build a strong and productive team. You'll proactively identify and implement process improvements, manage absenteeism, and ensure proper guidance for team members when needed.
