Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)

Job Summary

Clarius Medical Group, PLLC is seeking a Texas-licensed Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine) to join our growing practice in the Sugar Land (Houston metro) area . This is an office-based role focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care and building long-term relationships with patients.

The position is Full-Time and is not a remote job . Compensation for this role is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience and overall fit within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (and families, if Family Medicine).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care.
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and routine follow-ups.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and ancillary services as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient clinic workflows and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license (required).
• Residency completion in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine .
• Board eligible/board certified preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-centered communication.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient primary care.
• Strong documentation habits and comfort with EMR-based workflows.
• Commitment to continuity of care and practice growth.

Work Environment / Schedule

Primary site: Office-based practice in the Sugar Land area.
