Sales Manager – Spa Performance Lead
As a Sales Manager, you will directly impact client satisfaction and spa revenue by providing expert service guidance, maintaining accurate sales tracking, and achieving measurable performance targets. Success is measured by client retention, repeat visits, and meeting weekly and monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Recommend services and assist clients with treatment selection
Track and report on sales results
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Support spa team in delivering high-quality client experiences
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience
Confident discussing wellness and skincare solutions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Contract: $3,000/month base + 3-tier commission | W9 1099
