Join us, and be a part of something extraordinary. **Minimum Qualifications** + 3+ years managing individuals + 5+ years hands-on development of complex iOS apps with Objective-C, Swift/SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Data, GCD, Swift Concurrency, etc. + Technical Excellence: a strong technical foundation in building apps on Apple platforms, with experience engaging deeply in architecture and code when needed, ensuring your team is positioned for success + Customer-Centric Vision: you'll bring a passion for improving customer experience at every touchpoint, with the ability to synthesize complex product and technical requirements into comprehensive solutions + Cross-Functional Collaboration: experience working closely with diverse teams, including design, product, and other engineering functions, to build and deliver on shared goals **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience managing other managers + 10+ years developing across platforms like iOS, macOS, visionOS, tvOS, and watchOS + Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
