We are seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator.
* The SC will service and develop client and contractor needs and business. They will work diligently to fill client job orders with appropriately matched professionals, and meet and exceed billable benchmark goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Conduct new business prospecting activities with behavior health, allied healthcare, and education organizations throughout Maryland to establish billable hours.
* Manage a "touch system" or daily interaction with clients and consultants
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates
* Actively recruit: source, interview, complete registrations, assist with credentialing, and make offers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
* Minimum of an Associate's Degree (preferred)
* Minimum of three (3) years experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development
* Previous experience in the Healthcare, Education, or Human Services industries (preferred)
* Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills
* Demonstrated strength in recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking
* Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes
* Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems
* Outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
