Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid  with our client in Malvern, PA.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Be willing to learn how to prepare Federal, State, and Local Income and Franchise Tax Returns, including collecting and analyzing financial data, calculating book/tax differences, and preparing supporting work papers.
• Facilitate deliverable exchanges between SMS and external service providers, one of which will be a heavy focus in the months of May-August
• Be willing to learn how to prepare the monthly tax provision.
• Interface with Accounting / Finance / Treasury and client tax employees concerning tax-related matters.
• Be willing to reconcile financial and tax accounts.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Communicate orally and in writing with tax authorities.
• Gather documentation and provide analysis.

Pay: $21.00/hr

Hours: 16 hours/week / 1 ST shift

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Working toward a B.A./B.S. in Accounting or Finance - rising junior preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tax software.
