Job Description
UI/UX Designer Victor 12 is seeking a talented and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to support the redesign and unification of multiple enterprise applications into a single, cohesive training system framework. This role is ideal for a consultant who thrives in collaborative environments, values accessibility, and has a strong grasp of usability and content organization principles.
Job Summary The UI/UX designer will work closely with the Project Manager and the development team to:
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design a unified, intuitive user experience across multiple application modules.
- Conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and design mockups to guide development.
- Improve navigation and usability to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Reorganize and structure content to enhance accessibility and information flow.
- Participate in customer-facing sessions as needed to gather feedback and present design concepts.
- Work iteratively with the development team to ensure design integrity throughout the build process.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or web-based systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful website redesigns and modular application design.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working on government or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Engagement Details: Remote work with flexible hours.
The consultant must be available for periodic collaboration sessions with developers and stakeholders.
Duration and hours per week to be determined based on project milestones.
