YouTube SEO Specialist
Location:  Open to remote, Pensacola, FL, Winchester, VA, and Vienna, VA
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options 
Position Type: Multiyear Contract 

We are looking for a skilled YouTube SEO specialist to optimize our existing video content for better visibility, engagement, and overall ranking in search.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, keyword research, trends, and best practices to optimize video content and channel performance.

Project: Working through existing videos on the organization's YouTube channel in a priority order that will be provided, the candidate will analyze target keywords, optimize metadata, create engaging thumbnails, monitor analytics to ensure videos are easily discoverable and attract viewers, and provide recommendations for future content.

• Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases that users are searching for on Google and YouTube for all existing videos on the organization's YouTube.
• Content Optimization: Optimize existing YouTube channel content, including titles, descriptions, tags, and video content, to target specific keywords.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, such as search rankings, traffic, and engagement, to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop YouTube SEO best practices guidelines based on optimization efforts and learnings.
• Develop engaging and informative thumbnails for existing YouTube channel videos that attracts users and satisfies search engine algorithms.
