We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated crew members to join our food truck team. As a member of our food truck team, you will be responsible for delivering delicious meals while ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Duties • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. • Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. • Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations. • Handle food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring quality service at all times. Qualifications: Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, particularly in quick service restaurants, food carts, cafés, or similar environments. • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the food truck operations. • A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all aspects of the job.
