At Chick-fil-A, the Food Truck Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Food Truck Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Position Type:

• Part-time
• Full-time- typically 3-4 days a week, 7-12 hours a day

Food Truck Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak in a Friendly Tone, and Always say My Pleasure
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, have a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Keep the Food Truck, trailers, and kitchen areas neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening, closing, or preparation tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
