ROLE HIGHLIGHTS - What to expect as a Staffing Manager: 

In this role, you will be the galvanizing force for the team, creating strong retention amongst your workforce, educating on policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent use of all resources. The Staffing Manager is responsible for creating thriving matches between Caregivers and Clients, creating both long term schedules, and adjusting as needed to secure fully staffed shifts at all times. You will be responsible to:

  • Ensure zero open hours at any time, ensuring all shifts are filled and maximizing the use of all authorized hours
  • Strategically create Caregiver long term shift schedules
  • Ensure that only fully compatible and trained Providers are assigned to Clients
  • Manage Time Off Requests, Performance, and Training
  • Create strong unified workforce with high retention rates
  • Strategically create daily Caregiver schedules, minimizing overtime hours utilized
  • Continually update the HRIS and healthcare management platform with accurate and timely information
  • Provide excellent customer service and prompt responsiveness to all incoming calls

Next Level Professionalism

  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information. - and/or -knowledge of best practices for handling PHI as governed by HIPAA

  • Ability to articulate orally and in writing with respect, clarity, and consistency, providing frequent communication and relaying updates regularly
  • Excellent written and oral communication and fluency in English

Tech Savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient with technology, software, and electronic devices

EDUCATION AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Specialized experience with the following:
    • At least 2 years of management level experience with multiple direct reports
  • Educational requirements
    • Prefer bachelors in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Human Resources
